On Call Emergency Assistance is not insurance for medical treatment that may be needed when traveling abroad. It is the responsibility of all employees who travel abroad to ensure they have the appropriate insurance prior to departing.

For those employees who are covered under any one of Drexel's BlueCard Programs, those medical plans by Independence Blue Cross (IBC), a brochure is provided for your convenience.  Please read the brochure regarding coverage abroad and contact Blue Cross directly should you have any questions.
